The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with five bedrooms, three shower rooms, one bathroom and four WCs.
It is arranged over two independent levels, which are always rented together to the same group. The entire property, including the swimming pool, is exclusively yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

All rooms face south and enjoy lovely sea views. The exception is the Tropézienne bedroom, which faces east and opens onto a peaceful, leafy setting. All bedrooms have French doors, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

• The main floor features a spacious 40 m² living room with sea views and direct access to a large, south-facing balcony. An electric plancha grill makes outdoor dining a pleasure, with seating for up to 10 guests.
  Inside, the living room has two sofas, including a sofa bed, a large flat-screen TV with international channels, and a large wrought-iron dining table seating 10. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area.
  Two bedrooms, Provençale and Azuréenne, enjoy lovely sea views and open onto the balcony through French doors. They share a bathroom and a separate WC. The third bedroom, Tropézienne, has its own shower room and WC. Facing east, it opens onto a terrace surrounded by greenery.


• The garden level offers a second living area with an open-plan kitchen. With its beautiful sea views and direct access to a south-facing terrace and the garden, it is an inviting space to relax, spend time together or enjoy a game.
  The 2 bedrooms - the Savane and the Nymphes - also with sea view and terrace access, have each its own bathroom and toilet.

The main floor is air-conditioned to keep you comfortable during the warmer months. On the garden level, the two bedrooms benefit from the natural coolness of the surrounding rock. Each is also equipped with a fan for warmer days.

Wifi is available throughout the villa, so you can stay connected whenever you wish.

Each bedroom has its own individual style and has been thoughtfully furnished for a comfortable stay.
On the main floor :

• the Provençale : a king-size bed (1.80m x 2m)
• the Azuréenne : a double bed (1.60m x 2m).

These 2 bedrooms share the main-floor shower room and a separate WC.

• the Tropézienne : a double bed (1.40m x 1.90m) with its own shower room and WC.
  
  

On the garden level :

• The Savane : a double bed (1.60m x 2m) with its own shower room and WC
• The Nymphes : a double bed (1.60m x 2m) with its own bathroom and WC.

You will find comfortable, hotel-quality beds, complemented by cosy bedding and memory-foam pillows to help you unwind after a day in the sun.
Baby equipment is available on request, including a cot, high chair, baby bath and potty.
Children are very welcome at the villa, and a selection of books and board games is available for them to enjoy.

• To help you settle in, we provide a few everyday essentials, including condiments, oil, vinegar, Nespresso capsules, water and orange juice.
• Bed linen and bath towels can be provided on request. Choose our linen package and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival — a welcome touch after a long journey. Then all that's left to do is slip into the pool and start your holiday.
• End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory, helping us prepare the villa to a consistent standard of cleanliness for every guest.

Throughout the year, a team of professionals, including a gardener, pool specialist and maintenance staff, takes care of the property.
During the high season, the pool is professionally cleaned twice a week, and once a week during the low season, to keep the water clean and inviting. You can simply relax and enjoy your time by the pool.

Our local contact will welcome you on arrival and help you settle in. She will hand over the keys, show you around the villa and explain how the various facilities and appliances work, so you can feel at home from the very start.

Before your stay, you'll also receive a digital welcome booklet containing useful information about the villa, its surroundings and the many activities the region has to offer. It's a handy way to plan your stay and start looking forward to your time on the French Riviera.
