It is rare to be able to enjoy such a splendid view from all the rooms of the house (living room, games room and 4 out of the 5 bedrooms), the terraces, the garden and the swimming pool.
At any time of the day, from the house or from the garden, you will enjoy watching the sea, the sailboats and the fishing boats as well as the sunset.

The villa comfortably accommodates 10 people and includes 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 4 toilets.
It is composed of 2 independent levels that we systematically rent to the same family (in no case, you will share the house or pool with another family).

All rooms are south facing (except the Tropezienne room, exposed East in the greenery) with a very beautiful sea view. They all have patio doors so that you can easily move from inside to outside, without even realizing it !

• On the ground floor , you enjoy a 40 m² living room with sea view, overlooking a large balcony facing south, equipped with an electric griddle, on which 10 people eat comfortably.
  The living room includes 2 sofas, including a sofa bed, a large flat screen with international TV channels and a Netflix subscription, a large wrought iron table that can accommodate 10 guests.
  The kitchen, very well equipped, is open to the living room.
  The 2 bedrooms, the Provençale and the Azuréenne, have a beautiful sea view and French doors with access to a balcony. They share a bathroom and a separate toilet. The Tropézienne bedroom, with its own shower room and WC, is exposed East and gives onto a terrace opening into the greenery.


• On the garden floor , the living room, with an open kitchen, can also be used as a games room. It offers a beautiful sea view, overlooks a south facing terrace and accesses to the garden.
  The 2 bedrooms - the Savane and the Nymphes - also with sea view and terrace access, have each its own bathroom and toilet.

The air conditioning at the upper level keeps all its freshness at home. In the garden level, the 2 bedrooms are naturally cooled because they are beside the rock and each of them has got a fan for periods of high heat.

Wifi is present in the entire house for those who want to stay connected.

All bedrooms are customized and include :
On the ground floor :

• the Provençale : a bed of 1,60m x 2m
• the Azuréenne : a king size bed of 1,80m x 2m.

These 2 bedrooms share the bathroom on the ground floor and a separate toilet.

• the Tropézienne : a bed of 1,40m x 1,90m and has its own bathroom with toilet.
  
  

On the garden level :

• The Savane : a bed of 1.60m x 2m and has its own bathroom with toilet
• The Nymphes : a bed 1.60m x 2m and also has its own bathroom with toilet.

You will appreciate our cozy, new, hotel-quality beds and memory pillows that guarantee you a deep and comfortable sleep.
Baby equipment can be lent to you if you wish (bed, high chair, bathtub and pot).
Children are welcome in our villa and many books and board games are available.

• In order to facilitate your installation, first-necessity products are offered, such as condiments, oil and vinegar, Nespresso capsules, water and orange juice.
• We can offer you, if you wish, the rental of bath and bed linen. If you choose this option, our VIP service allows you to have beds made up on arrival, which is very pleasant after a long journey. You just have to prick a head into the pool!
• The end of stay cleaning is mandatory to assure to all our holiday makers a house in perfect state of cleanliness.

A team of professionals (gardener, pool engineer and maintenance) takes care of the villa, throughout the year.
A specialist comes to clean the pool twice a week in season (once a week in low season) to guarantee impeccable water: you will not have to take care of it, just enjoy it!

You will be welcomed by our local contact that will do everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. She will give you the keys, introduce you to the house, give you a full tour of the owner and explain how the various equipment works.

A digital welcome booklet will be sent to you before your stay, with all the useful information about the house, its environment and the many activities in the region, so that you can easily plan your holidays and start preparing them.
