• You will be able to comfortably have your meals on the terraces, while contemplating the Mediterranean sea, the boats and the sunsets.
• The 11 x 5m mosaic-tiled swimming-pool, with a depth ranging from 0,50m to 2,50m (allowing for diving) is south-facing and overlooks the sea. It is heated, dring the shoulder seasons (from as early as early April to as late as late October) and if the outside temperature allows it, using a heat pump. You can also enjoy the solar shower.
• An audible alarm and barriers secure the swimming-pool.
• Sunbathing for everyone awaits you by the pool, with the necessary umbrellas if you want to protect yourself from the sun.
• The Mediterranean garden includes a beautiful vegetation with many trees and shrubs (palm, mimosa, oleander, grapefruit, kumquat, vine stock, etc.) and is, like many houses in Issambres, quite steep.
  August holidaymakers will have the pleasure to enjoy the grapes overlooking the pool !
• You will enjoy the exteriors, completely renovated in 2020, with in particular a 120 m² fully tiled terrace, facing the sea, because the always beautiful weather in Issambres encourages you to spend most of your vacation there.
• You can park 2 cars in the garden (also easy parking in the street, in front of the house).

A team of professionals (gardener, piscinist and maintenance) takes care of the villa, throughout the year.
The property is secured with an electric gate.

The area of the Sirens where our villa is located is a residential and very plesant area of Issambres, in a protected and green environment.
